The blue light filtering actually lets me work on spreadsheets late into the evening without my usual eye fatigue. The frames are light enough that I forget I’m even wearing them after a few hours.

Since switching to these for my late-night coding sessions, the usual headache is basically gone — the frame is lightweight enough I forget they’re on, and the blue light filter feels subtle but effective.
