I’ve been wearing these while working on spreadsheets all day, and the blue light filtering really helps my eyes feel less tired by evening. The frames are lightweight enough that I forget I have them on.

These glasses do a great job filtering blue light during my long workdays. The lenses feel clear and don't distort colors, which I appreciate.

I was skeptical about blue light glasses, but after wearing these for a week of late-night work sessions, the filter really does cut down on that harsh screen glare and I’ve been sleeping better.
